Complete ONE payment for your pet/s to secure your appointment time/s for our upcoming ARL Vaccine Clinic. 

Example: If you've made 2 vaccine clinic appointments, you will add 2 'ARL Vaccine Clinic Fees' to you cart and then checkout one time. Please refer to the ARL Vaccine Clinic Payment Process Instruction Guide.  

1. Please indicate which pet/s the payment is for in the "Leave us a note about your order' section of the checkout process. (For mobile checkout, please select 'Order details' in top right corner to find notes section)

2. Without payment or prior approval, your appointment time will not be secured after 48 hours.

3. If you are not able to pay the full $30 until the date of the clinic, afford the full $30 ARL Vaccine Clinic fee or need to pay in cash, please email [email protected], what you are able to contribute and when.
